Abid Khan was born in Bangladesh and came 21 years old to Stockholm in Protected content .
Over the years in Sweden, he has deepened his knowledge of Bengal and South Indian cuisine through many trips. He then traveled around India and Bangladesh and met chefs in both towns and rural areas.
The name Protected content suggests Abid Khan's great interest in spice mixtures, which is part of the secret of his success. He is constantly exploring new exciting flavors, all of which have their roots in traditional Bengali or South Indian cuisine.
Abid Khan is also very interested in Ayurvedic cuisine and wants to cook foods that are very good and at the same time healthy and make the guests feel good in every way.
Protected content has a delicious assortment of appetizing, spicy, aromatic Indian delicacies, so do not hesitate to visit us!
Chef Abid, who has been in Sweden since Protected content , has created fascinating new interpretations of classic Indian dishes. You can find them under "Special" in the menu.
The wines are selected by a sommelier, and the artwork has been developed especially for the restaurant by contemporary artist Kaj Bernstone.
I hope to see many of you in a new adventure in the restaurants of Stockholm....
