There’s no better time to start breaking bad habits and replace them with a good ones. Whatever they are for you, don’t worry, we are all in the same boat, we all have struggle with habits we want to break.
We’ll address some bad habits like, binge eating, negative self-talk, self-doubt, addictions, and neglecting your health, or personal growth in general.
