Virtual Tour: La Casa Rosada (The Pink Palace)
Our host, Jose’ Valdivia, known as “Pepe” will guide us to explore in depth this historical iconic building of Buenos Aires, and its surroundings. Travel in time to discover from the beginning to what is nowadays the executive power headquarters of the Argentine government while learning about the most significant historical events that influenced the history and the architecture of Argentina's Presidential Palace. Uncover the dramatic scenes that led the Government house to be the backdrop for some of Argentina’s most significant moments that involved many political figures such as Eva Perón. Along with La Casa Rosada historical moments, I will also bring to light the historical event that occurred on the square surrounding the Pink house which today is named Plaza de Mayo.
