Stress has become a national epidemic. Lot of information is floating around about what stress is and how to deal with it. Many of us know the theory, but simply can’t find time for a bubble bath, weekly massage and daily meditation.
Is there a hope? Can stress management techniques be implemented in lifestyle helping us to cope with stress successfully? Good news! Yes, stress can be managed and even prevented! People in the Northern Europe are good at it, why don’t we learn from them! The Northern lifestyle has mindfulness integrated within it.
