📚 Lara Bourdin and Emanuella Feix, translators of The book L'envers de la peau (O Avesso da Pele) by Jeferson Tenório, a moving portrait of a Black man from Porto Alegre and the everyday racism faced by Afro-Brazilians.

🎬 Nakitta Hannah, filmmaker, whose work explores life in Brazil’s favelas—addressing stigma, racism, and education as a path toward breaking cycles of poverty and violence.
