InterNations Chess Evening: Strategy, Speed & Socials in Delft
Ready for a night of strategy, fun, and friendly competition? This event is the perfect place to test your skills and connect with fellow enthusiasts from around the world.
This is a relaxed yet exciting event designed to bring people together over the timeless game of chess. Everyone is welcome!
Arrive and sign up for free! This is a great time to mingle and find out who your potential opponents are.
Swiss-style system will be used to ensure everyone plays multiple games against opponents of a similar level:
Preliminary Rounds: You'll be placed in a group of about 8 players for a round-robin stage.
Final Rounds: Based on your results, you'll advance to a final group (also of ~8 players) to compete for the top spots.
We'll play by the official rapid chess tempo: 3 minutes Protected content increment per move.
Small prizes await the top performers! But the real win is the camaraderie and the glory:)
