Essential Skills for Navigating Conflict
Almost no one enjoys conflict. Everyone tries to avoid it. In fact, we work hard to master conflict avoidance skills. Nevertheless, conflict is present in our daily lives and how we respond to it determines our effectiveness, our integrity and our standing with others.
This workshop is for those who meet some of the following criteria:·
You experience conflict in your professional life on a regular basis;
You experience conflicts in your personal life;
You are under stress and would like to know how to cope with it;
You would like to improve the way you related to people;
You try to avoid conflict as much as you can;
You fear situations that are potentially conflicting;
You apprehend any context that is emotionally charged.
We will look at the nature of conflict which we experience throughout our lives, its global societal impact, the dimensions of conflict and the strategies to address this kind of situations.
During this session, you'll also discover your personal conflict profile and as a result you will be significantly better prepared to navigate the unpredictable and perilous conflicting situations that are inherent to life.
