Alkaline foods: key to your health
Our life style, habits, emotion and stress, food habits and improper food combination making our gut system and food digestion disturbances which ultimately causes our body and cell to be me more acidic.
For 1 part of acidic food consumed, we need 20 parts of alkaline food to neutralize it. Effect of some acidic food can stay in our body for 2 months, for examples food intolerance/allergies.
We will discuss the acidic alkaline food chart alone with some anti-nutrients foods which is also disrupting the harmony of our hormones.
