Pella is the second capital of the ancient Macedonian kingdom , and the birthplace of Philip the II and Alexander the Great . There is a museum and an archaeological site of the ancient city with a forum, houses and the archiv of the city. And then in Vergina the museum of Royal tombs [one of the greatest Greek museums ]
