Dinner special saison de la chasse
**Attention, I'm sorry but I have to change the date of the dinner to the 18 October because the restaurant has decided to organize a special boar evening on the 11th october. I was able to negociate the price at 55 CHF instead of 59 CHF for the inconvenience. If you cannot make it anymore please sign off.**
The fall season is synonymous of the beginning of the game season in the swiss restaurants. I would like to invite the meat lovers to taste some autumn specialties at the Vieux-Lausanne.
The restaurant will prepare a special chasse menu for us:
Scandinavian plate (wild salmon marinated in dill gravad lax and salmon tartare)
This is the restaurant's specialty as the owner is from Scandinavia
Venison medallions with mushrooms sauce
braised red cabbage, glazed chestnut, spätzlis, pear in red wine, brussels sprouts
I choose a game meat that doesn't taste to strong so it can accommodate the majority. If for some dietary reason you cannot eat something in this menu please contact me in private and we can get you something else.
The price for this menu is 55.- CHF per person. It includes the starter and the main dish. The drinks will have to be ordered separately and at your own expense.
Please kindly register only if you are sure to come and don't forget to sign off at the latest 24 hours in advance if you finally can't make it as I need to order the correct amount of menus in advance. At the last dinner there were 5 no-shows. This isn't respectful for the organizers and it puts me in a bad position with the restaurants so please make sure to be committed.
