Dear Gourmands,

Let’s enjoy the last winter days by trying one of my favorite Japanese foods for cold weather - the HOT POT. The good news is that the restaurant we’re going to offers many options, so you can select between Sukiyaki, Yosenabe and Shabu Shabu - all of them part of the day by day family dinners in Japan. Here is the description of each one:

SUKIYAKI - Thinly sliced beef cooked in sweet soy sauce served with vegetables, rice and udon noodles.

SHABU-SHABU - Thinly sliced beed cooked in a miso based soup served with vegetables, rice and udon noodles.

YOSENABE - Assortment of fish and seafood cooked in a miso based soup served with vegetables, rice and udon noodles.

For the sukiyaki and shabu-shabu, the restaurant offers an option with wagyu beef (CHF138pp).

To facilitate the organisation, you’ll be asked about your choice in advance, but it will happen only close to the due date.

Join me again in this nice Japanese-themed evening.
