Stress Management For Healthy Living

Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension in the body.
It is a natural, essential part of everyday life. Stress helps us to feel motivated and also plays a fundamental role in survival reflexes.
However, too much stress can make us less productive, less focused and block creativity.
Unmanaged stress can quickly become internalized and chronic, and has been correlated with mental and physical illnesses, as well as burnout.
Join this fun-to-do, interactive mini-workshop and learn how to:
•Recognize and manage common sources of stress in the workplace
•Incorporate simple but effective stress-relieving techniques into everyday life
•Build resilience and power against long-term stress
Bonus: There will be a free self-assessment guide available for anyone wishing to evaluate their current stress levels.
