She is basing her practice upon the ‘Triad of Health’ model that you can find in many ancient cultures like the Greek one. This model pays attention to the Structural, Nutritional, and Mental/Emotional/Spiritual aspects of our being – a truly holistic approach. While at chiropractic school, she also studied and practiced Craniosacral Therapy, a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on technique that she has also provided for patients, since the beginning of her practice.
