Multi Culture Corner 22: Make “Small Talk” in Your Culture

“Mastering Multilingualism”: Embrace the beauty of language diversity by exchanging "how to make "small talk" in your culture. Participants are encouraged to share basic ways and fun facts about their native culture.
- Introduction: Please introduce yourself & share with us your story of multicultural communication, multicultural relations, multicultural perspectives, and cross cultures.... After that, please nominate/pick one other person to introduce and share one's diversity story.
And please write your original country - where you had been - current place, next to your name, so every name has a journey story. For example, John is French, he lived in Vietnam, Dubai, and Spain, and he is currently in Singapore. Then, he writes next to his name as follows: JOHN, France -Vietnam - Dubai - Spain - Singapore.
- Open TALK: Let's share and discuss stories of learning new languages and cultures in global places where we have worked, and have had relationships in multi-cultural environments, in different countries.
Goals: This global event will be organized monthly, hope that we would be open-hearted, and open-minded, share our stories, listen, learn & have good laughs.
+ The normal positive social norm: You are kindly requested to avoid spreading negativity or discussing politics, religion, or current controversies. Failure to comply will get you deleted from the conference.
Let’s enjoy this time together!
