The Space Between Sound and Silence, Throat Chakra
My voice matters. I express my truth with clarity and grace.
The Throat Chakra, Vishuddha, is where inner truth transforms into vibration — where thoughts, emotions, and essence find their voice.
When this center flows, our words heal rather than harm, connect rather than control.
When blocked, silence becomes suffocating; when overactive, words lose their soul.
Here, in the realm of ether, we begin to listen — not only to speak.
We learn that voice is not noise, but resonance; that truth does not demand volume, only alignment.
This is where we reclaim our story and shape it with integrity.
We will explore the space between sound and silence with Shirin Neshat’s “Women of Allah” series, and use drawing and writing for self expression.
Please bring your art supplies and your presence.
