1st Week: Chair Yoga & Guided Meditation
*** This is a recurrent event taking place on the first Friday of each month at the same time ***
Chair Yoga:
If you spend a lot of time at your desk, it is imperative that you take a few minutes several times a day to stretch out the stiffness and keep your wrists, shoulders, and back happy.
Please join us to learn a few easy techniques that you can employ without getting out of our chair to keep your body healthy, flexible, and in shape.
Guided Meditation:
The stretching exercises will be followed by a guided meditation for a few mindful moments allowing you to connect with your breath, enjoy a few minutes of relaxation and observe the sensations, feelings, and emotions that might rise to the surface.
These techniques can be applied on a daily basis and will lead to a healthier body and mind.
Our host, Priyanka, has been teaching Yoga, Mindfulness & Breathing exercises since Protected content been practising since Protected content . She blends the Vipassana meditation technique with various others so that everyone has a chance to explore what resonates or works for them. you can find out more via her website :)
