If you spend a lot of time at your desk, it is imperative that you take a few minutes several times a day to stretch out the stiffness and keep your wrists, shoulders, and back happy.
Please join us to learn a few easy techniques that you can employ without getting out of your chair to keep your body healthy, flexible, and in shape.
Guided Meditation Protected content
The stretching exercises will be followed by a guided meditation for a few mindful moments allowing you to connect with your breath, enjoy a few minutes of relaxation and observe the sensations, feelings, and emotions that might rise to the surface.
These techniques can be applied on a daily basis and will lead to a healthier body and mind.
Our host, Priyanka, has been teaching Yoga, Mindfulness & Breathing exercises since Protected content been practicing since Protected content . She blends the Vipassana meditation technique with various others so that everyone has a chance to explore what resonates or works for them.
