Do you have an old belief that you're ready to transform? Examples are: I'm not lovable, I'm not smart enough, I'll never be successful, I'm too old to get a job, I'm not good enough, etc.
Let's explore the Submodalities belief change process from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)! Having utilized this technique myself several years ago, I changed my own limiting belief.
Join me as we delve into this transformative process together.
Bring along four beliefs:
1. The belief you wish to change.
2. Your desired, preferred belief.
3. A belief that is true for you now.
4. An outdated belief that is no longer true.
