Throughout history, leadership has often been shaped by societal expectations of gender. From powerful queens and empresses to dominant male rulers and modern political figures, the way we perceive and judge leaders is deeply influenced by whether they are men or women. This event invites participants to explore how gender has influenced access to power, leadership styles, public perception, and historical legacy.
