⚠️Read CAREFULLY event guidelines to ensure this is the event for you.
How do international perceptions of countries take shape—and what influences those views?
This session explores how global narratives are formed through media coverage, historical relationships, and geopolitical contexts. We’ll examine a selection of countries often viewed through a narrow or critical lens and consider the various factors that contribute to these portrayals. Through case studies, we’ll reflect on the role of perspective, context, and framing in shaping public understanding—and why exploring multiple viewpoints is essential to a more informed global outlook.
