Ballroom & Latin Dance Essentials
Learn a new dance in just 2 hours and expand your dance repertoire!
At the recent Wiener Ball many dancers realized how few dances they actually know when music for dances such as Slow Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Rumba, Cha Cha, or Samba is played.
Join our Ballroom & Latin Dance Essentials lesson on 25 April in Brussels and learn the essential movements that allow you to recognize which dance the music is for and confidently join the dance floor.
Each lesson focuses on one dance and is designed as a single 2-hour session — no long course required.
In March we began this series of lessons with the Slow Foxtrot (Slowfox), one of the most elegant ballroom dances.
On 25 April we will explore the Quickstep — a fast, joyful dance set to uplifting swing music, often described as feeling like floating across the floor.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Prior dance experience (any style) is recommended, but no advanced experience is required.
• This lesson is more accessible than the previous Slow Foxtrot session.
• Partners and individual participants are welcome.
