Ready to Join?

We welcome you to take part in 90 minutes of flash fiction writing, using a series of Protected content prompts, and optional sharing.

We are privileged to have Suzanne Ondrus as the host for this session. Ondrus is an award-winning writer that has empowered people throughout her career through her dramatic poems that explore such intense topics as racism, cultural identity, and women’s sexuality. She won in Protected content Reed Magazine Markham Poetry Prize, accepted the honor of being a featured poet when Conakry, Guinea, became the Protected content World Book Capital, and was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship in Protected content share her knowledge of African literature, American studies, and creative writing in Burkina Faso (western Africa).

Her first chapbook ‘Passion Seeds’ won the Protected content Quebodeaux Pathways Poetry Prize. Her most recent work, ‘Death of an Unvirtuous Woman,’ published by Finishing Line Press, is a dramatic work depicting domestic violence in an Protected content German immigrant couple.
