Let’s Play With Improvisation

Improvisation keeps us nimble and creative. Whether we’re writing for ourselves or for work, unforeseen things happen and we have to be ready to pivot and go with the flow.

Today we’ll have some fun with improvising as we write.

While you choose what to write, we’ll provide an initial key word and then a new, randomly generated key word every 10 minutes. Incorporate these key words into your writing as you go. Then at the end of 40 minutes, let’s see where we’ve ended up!

We’ll save time for sharing (and laughing) and discussion after we write.
