Wild Herbs Festival | From Field to Table (Breakfast and Lunch )
Tiziana Fabiani from the Forra del Pruno farm in Lamporecchio will guide us in identifying wild herbs, sharing her knowledge, and encouraging respect for the natural environment around us. We will examine several wild plants grown in pots and then head out into the fields to gather the herbs that will later be prepared and enjoyed for lunch.
PROGRAM
10:00 AM – Meeting point and breakfast
10:30 AM – Learning to recognize wild herbs and walk through the fields for harvesting
12:30 PM – Lunch prepared with the freshly picked herbs
