In der Protected content werden 12 verschiedene Austern serviert. Die grösste Auswahl in der Schweiz. Dazu Champager und Wein.
Neben Austern gibt es Tartar, Charcuterie, Salate und Käse.

Wichtig: Die Teilnahme ist nur mit einem Reservationsticket ( CHF 2, Protected content . Dieses muss vorab online gekauft werden.

Protected content serves 12 different types of oysters—the largest selection in Switzerland.
Champagne and wines are also available.
In addition, the menu features tartare, charcuterie, salads, and cheese.
