Sunday Morning De-Stress Yoga + Tisane
Covid stress, smart working stress, lack-of-social-life stress, Christmas stress. Arrgghhh!
Definitely time to de-stress with some Sunday morning yoga, focusing on passive positions which soften the body and, resultingly, ease the mind.
You'll need a yoga mat, a belt, a cushion, a chair and your computer/phone (naturally).
After the event, we can chat for a bit and have a soothing tisana to round of the session!
