When an Eclipse Is the Step Before a New Light
To celebrate my third year as Consul, I'm taking this extraordinary event as a chance to shine a new light on all participants.
See you all on San Salvatore from 7:30 PM.
After the eclipse, there will be plenty of stars to make every wish.
The event also coincides with a rare planetary alignment.
