NoMad Dreams is a group of musicians from different corners of the earth who have coalesced as an ensemble in Boston. Together they carry a large suitcase filled with French torch ballads, Middle Eastern tunes and African rhythms, quiet Russian lullabies heard in distant childhood and the Spanish penchant for drama. Their original songs reveal by turns a sense of humor, glimpses of pain and darkness, and a kaleidoscope of diverse music styles such as world music, jazz, cabaret, indie, and pop. Lineup for September 22nd: Pianist Georges Nile, drummer Wing La, bassist Tom Curatolo, saxopohonist Dave Birkin and guitarist Chris Brenne. More about NoMad Dreams>
