BOSTON LANDMARKS ORCHESTRA CONCERT
Join us for a picnic followed by the concert by Landmarks Orchestra at the Hatch Shell!
Landmarks’ 25th Anniversary season concludes with a celebratory program featuring Saint-Saëns’ majestic “Organ Symphony” and Beethoven’s triumphant Leonore Overture No. 3. Presented in partnership with the Esplanade Association, the concert also includes Respighi’s Fountains of Rome and Mendelssohn’s The Hebrides, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening of music in this jewel of a public park.
Let’s meet at 6pm at the Community Boating Dock. If you’re coming from the Charles/MGH T stop, you’ll walk towards it as you enter the Esplanade. You can Google “Community Boating, Inc.” to see the exact location on a map. From there, it’s just a few steps to the Hatch Shell.
Bring a blanket, food for yourself or to share.
