Café Umbria Coffee Braised Brisket (GF)
Beef brisket slow-braised in rich espresso, caramelized onions and garlic, finished in savory jus served with buttermilk mashed potatoes, sharp cheddar, Parmesan, and fontina (GF)

Next Stop: BODEGA TAPAS BAR
For $10 we can get:
A Tapas Trio
Beef empanadas, breaded scallops medallions w. saffron aioli and BODEGA's signature pan con tomate

Last Stop: BLOWERS & GRAFTON
For $10 we can get: Donair Egg Rolls (3)
Hand-wrapped Halifax-style egg rolls stuffed with juicy ground donair meat - served with B&G Donair Sauce and nostalgia from Halifax.
