Portland Winter Light Festival - 2026

Join us for a free, all-ages, citywide celebration of light and art!
Join us for the 11th annual Portland Winter Light Festival, now entering its second decade of illuminating art and creativity.

This free and inclusive event will take place from February 6 to February 14, Protected content , at various locations throughout the city.

Event Highlights:

Theme: “All The Little Things”: This year’s theme explores how the smallest things can carry the greatest weight—how insects have more power when they work together. How a tiny stone can reflect light, and how one memory can set you on a path to the future.

Festival Dates: February Protected content , 2026

⭐️Anchor Sites Open: February 6 & 7 and February 13 & Protected content and Saturdays only Protected content at Pioneer Courthouse Square, World Trade Center Plaza, and Electric Blocks.
⭐️Additional major installation sites include PSU, Director Park, Waterfront Park, Ankeny Alley, and Old Town.
⭐️Glow Bar will be open
⭐️Performances and Live Events: Times and specific locations will vary; see the Festival website for details.
