Practice Your English in Bostanli
Hello Everyone. I’d like to introduce myself and tell you about our next gathering.
I’m Emre and I’m a former expat. After living in the USA for 30 years, I’ve returned to my origins in Izmir in Protected content been trying to enjoy life, travel, and meet new people as best as I can. I’ve heard the request in more than one gathering to setup an English speaking event. I consider myself a native speaker (I’d better be after 30 years) and I might be able to bring along a few other native speakers as well. I know we all possess varying levels of the English language, and that’s perfectly fine. Consider this an opportunity to practice your English, meet some new like-minded people, and have fun. And of course, if the conversation drifts to Turkish, Persian, or whatever else may be your native tongue, you’re still more than welcome.
Our next event is scheduled for this Friday, April 10 at 19: Protected content for those of us that are Americanized like me) in Bostanli, at Face Cafe Bar Lounge. It’s an easy walk from Bostanli ferry, Bostanli or Carsi tram stations. If you’d like to join us, please mark your attendance by 12:00 noon on Friday, so that I can reserve space at the venue.

Looking forward to seeing old and new friends.
