After my long "exile" to Istanbul I am glad to be back to the wonderful city of Moscow and right on time for THE spiritual event of the year - International Yoga day!

A day full of different yoga classes from the best yoga studios in Moscow, group meditation sessions, lectures on healthy eating, natural beauty and self development. Vegetarian food court, Market (clothes, natural remedies and cosmetics, hand made jewellery etc), music concert and so many fun and exciting things.
