• Main Stage (Seifenfabrik Dr. Thompson's): keynotes and panels on AI, innovation, global talent and inclusion, plus the Future of Work Career Expo, Career Coaching & Mentoring and the Global Talent Employer Award
• Leadership Career Lounge (WHU Campus, separate ticket): executive networking with leaders from 9 companies
• Innovation Career Hub (WHU Campus): workshops and talks on start-ups, entrepreneurship, German SMEs and Hidden Champions
