BodyPump Launch - Weightlifting Downtown
There is a new launch of the weightlifting class, BodyPump, at the Colorado Athletic Club this Saturday. I can take 2 guests to join me in this high energy workout that can be modified for injuries, using as little or as much weight as you wish.
