L'enfance De L'art by Abdelkrim Ouazzani
L’Atelier 21 is pleased to announce the solo exhibition of Abdelkrim Ouazzani, entitled L’enfance de l’art. The exhibition will be on view from Tuesday, December 9, Protected content , to January 10, Protected content .
In this exhibition, Abdelkrim Ouazzani celebrates color as an act of freedom and resistance. Red, blue, yellow, each pigment becomes a cry, a breath, a movement. Painting and sculpture converge in a single vital energy where matter transforms, rust glows, and the surface vibrates with emotion. Through this instinctive and poetic approach, the artist reconnects with the original force of creation, that of childhood, where seeing and inventing become one.
On this occasion, the gallery is publishing a monograph dedicated to his work, entitled Une poétique de la matière, with a text written by art historian Mohamed Métalsi. The book signing will take place on the evening of the opening, in the presence of both the artist and the author.
