Discover through this dietetics workshop how Chinese medicine and Ayurvedic medicine can act through the composition of our meals.
First of all, we will familiarize ourselves with the concept of Ayurvedic constitution: the “Dosha”. Then we will discover the main Chinese classifications of foods according to their relationships with our bodies and with the forces of the universe: Yin versus Yang, 5 elements associated with 5 organs, the principles of “Hot” and “Cold”.
We will see how certain foods have a balancing and therapeutic character in relation to our constitution.
The Highlight : we will cook two recipes combining these foods together on site!
We will learn how to create simple, nutritious and heathy meals adapted to our nutritional needs.
Finally: we will enjoy a convivial meal where we will taste the fruits of our labour, with drinks and accompaniments in harmony.
