Hiking in Pilat

Dear Hiking Buddies,

After a long summer break it's time to get together for a new hike.
This time I propose you to (re)discover the beautiful Pilat area (mountain sceneries up to Protected content .
We'll start from Doizieux, going up to "la Jasserie" where from we'll follow ridges (cret de la Perdrix, de la Chevre, de l'Oeillon, croix de Collet...) before coming back to the village.
19km long, Protected content positive elevation with various landscapes, 360° panorama up to the Alps.

Then bring good hiking shoes, a picnic, water, a hat/cap, sun cream, a wind jacket and warm clothes (cool fresh air up there) as well as cash.

Please note it is a difficult hike (7 hours walk going up and down; first 7 kilometers steep upward). IBP Index = 95.
Sign up if you are fit and sure you can walk at a steady pace not to slow down the group.

We'll organize car sharing from our meeting point (place Jean Jaures in Lyon at 8.00am).
Please be on time.
We should be back in Lyon around 19.00.
