Psychology of Life Transitions Workshop
After you moved abroad and the initial excitement faded, did something start to feel… off?
Maybe you feel less like yourself. Maybe you’ve caught yourself second-guessing things you thought you were sure about.
Most people don’t talk about this part—and it’s far more common than you think. There’s an unspoken pressure to feel grateful and happy, even while something deeper feels unsettled.
In this 45-minute talk, Keith shares an introduction to his work on the psychology of life transitions—why this phase happens, why it can quietly throw you off course, and how to move through it so you feel grounded, clear, and fully yourself again in your new life.
The workshop will be in English. In order to confirm your attendance please pay though MBway 10 euros by April 9 at Protected content your name.
Please note that the workshop will take place only if we will have at least 5 attendees.
