NAVA DANCE WORKSHOP
We are delighted to welcome Miriam Peretz, a guest teacher from California, for a special workshop that invites you to explore movement, music, and self-expression in a joyful, inspiring, and welcoming environment.
More than a dance class, this experience is a journey through movement, poetry, music, and cultural traditions, blending Persian-inspired movement with contemporary dance influences. It is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, awaken creativity, and experience the simple joy of moving freely.
What to Expect
Gentle warm-up and guided movement
Persian-inspired expressive dance
Music, poetry, and cultural inspiration
Tea, sweets, and conversation after the workshop
