Cairo Food Week 3rd Edition

This is quite an unusual event as it spans a over week.

It's an initiative that brings celebrity chefs from Egypt and the Middle East celebrating local talents in exotic locations, and posh lifestyle restaurants .

This is the third edition to run in Cairo versus other locations in the past in the Middle East namely Dubai.

The initiative has got the Washington Post writing about it a couple of years back.

The calendar is not out yet nor the location or tickets .

Some are exclusive venues but some are open for the public with tickets .

So if you are genuinely interested, you need to follow up closely their social media channels and book yourself as you wish.

It will not be an Internations meeting point gathering perse on a specific day.

This is probably of interest to foodies who like international cuisines , new ingredients and maybe they are a talented local cook themselves.

I was reading that 60-year-old homebaker had renovated his bread recipe through this forum a couple of years back and it's quite a success.
