Join us for "Red", an intense two-hander written by John Logan. This play is about the renowned abstract painter Mark Rothko and his young assistant, Ken. As they work on Rothko’s commission for the Four Seasons restaurant, the two men challenge each other to grasp the purpose of art and its place in the world, clashing over questions of artistic integrity and commercialism. The play paints a vivid portrait of an artist at the height of his fame, wrestling with his legacy and the value of creative truth.
