Step Inside the Walls — A Walk through Tai Kwun
Join us for a wander through one of Hong Kong's most storied corners. Tai Kwun — once the city's central police station, magistracy, and prison — has been reborn as a living cultural landmark, and there's no better way to experience it than on foot, in good company.
We'll move through its layered history together: colonial-era parade grounds, thick granite cell blocks, airy contemporary galleries, and the buzzing open courtyards that have become the heartbeat of the compound today. Along the way, there'll be time to pause, look up, ask questions, and explore whatever catches your eye — whether that's a current exhibition, a tucked-away architectural detail, or a cold drink at one of the many spots hidden within the complex.
Just an afternoon rediscovering a piece of Hong Kong that's been hiding in plain sight on Hollywood Road.
