Xmas Sounds at the Enchanting Christ Church Cathedral
In the spirit of Xmas and New Year, let's enjoy the music of talented artists from the West Coast Symphony of Vancouver, in the beautiful heritage, Gothic-style, Christ Church Cathedral, from Protected content ! And you don't have to be Christian or religious to enjoy. Everyone is welcome!
There will be something for everyone: from HANDEL's elegant Harp Concerto in B-flat, Op. 4 No. 6 to PROKOFIEV's Troika that whisks us into a brisk Russian sleigh ride, to STRAUSS's lively Tritsch-Tratsch-Polka, with our own BACH Choir that joins for The Polar Express, capturing the wonder and magic of the season.
The celebration concludes with Leroy Anderson’s beloved A Christmas Festival and a joyful selection of Carols, bringing the evening to a radiant, heartwarming close.

Note that seats are not numbered, so if you want to seat together with our group we should meet there at least 15 mins earlier.
p.s. after the concert, for those that wish, we may go to a nearby cafe for a drink.
