September's Online Open Mic

This open mic event is an opportunity to express yourself by performing something original. Examples include (but not limited to) poetry, comedy, instrumental music, and speech (e.g. TED Talk).

All attendees aren't required to perform, but an Open Mic event requires performers. I'll perform something original, and I hope you do too.

As stated before, each performance must be original. The InterNations' terms and conditions requires all members to respect copyright laws.

Each performance must not be performed with the intention of selling your product and / or service.

Your performance's length depends on the number of attendees. So, please have a short and long version of your performance because you may have 3 to 10 minutes depending on the number of performers.

If you want to perform, you must be ready to start within a minute. So, you need to prepare your technology setup to avoid potential technical issues.

Rules:

1. Please raise your hand when you wish to speak.
(Host will call on you when it's your turn)

2. Please don't interrupt and allow the current speaker to finish speaking.

3. Please be kind.

4. Please turn your camera on as it'll create a more authentic and engaging experience for everyone.

I may lock the meeting room after the first 15 minutes to avoid consistent interruptions by late attendees.

Please use your InterNations name when entering the event. I use the waiting room for screening people who aren't members or registered for the event.
