Sunday Workout at Hafenpark
Hi everyone :-)!
Since InterNations has reopened its doors and these are the best weeks of the year to be outside, I'd like to motivate you joining an outdoor workout on Sunday morning this week.
I already train with a small group regularly since some weeks now and experimented during the quarantine with a workout program loosely based on a training concept known as H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training). We will train only with our body weight and concentrate on functional exercises - so it's gonna be useful for anybody who spent too much time on the couch or at the home office desk during the last weeks ;-).
Since it's more fun and motivating doing such a training in a group, I'm looking forward to seeing lots of you on Sunday for an hour of sweating, enjoying and getting back in shape :-). Each Sunday training will have a specific focus area (leg strength, core, chest, etc.). I'll be your coach during the training and will try to motivate you as best as I can :-).
Please check the pinned location on the map of the event. We team up right in the middle of the main lawn between the callisthenics area and the skater park. If you have trouble finding us, just give me call :-).
