Join us for an energising yoga practice that supports us to strengthen, stretch and destress our bodies; relax our minds; and open our hearts.
It's a great way to connect with each other and improve our wellbeing being out in the park. The benefits of sharing yoga together can go way beyond the mat. You don't need to be an experienced yogi, it's a class designed for everyone!”

After the class, depending on the weather, we can either have a picnic or go for drinks, food nearby.
