The exhibition offers a selection of vintage papers and documents from Michele Rapisarda's collection , which tell twelve curious stories of Italian food from Protected content the present day.
The exhibition is part of the annual festival:
"Far da mangiare. Festival della cucina Protected content
The festival takes place in conjunction with the Italian Cooking Week in the world and spreads the culture of food in all its aspects thanks to a full calendar of free activities, which this year focus mainly on the exotic atmospheres of Asia and the South America. It is also possible to take part in cooking workshops, tastings, meetings with producers and cooking shows to browse through the most interesting recipes from East to West, as well as workshops designed specifically for children.
