We start from Champéry Grand Paradis and then go to plateau de Barmes and then the smugglers path to col de Cou, on the border with France. Then we walk down via Les Creuses, back to Grand Paradis. It is a 16.4 km hike, with about Protected content elevation but no technical difficulty and beautiful scenery
