About Yulia U.Martins:
She is a process improvement professional and recovering “super-achiever”. As a speaker, lean trainer and performance coach, she works with other high-achievers who strive to live their full potential and serve others with purpose and passion. She finds joy in supporting leaders with high-performance mindset and carving the time to do what’s important for them. In her corporate work, as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Bronze practitioner, she trains and coaches leaders, helping them and their teams challenge the status quo and improve processes to meet organizational and personal goals. She serves as a Mentor Coach at Performance Coach University- an elite training and certification program that equips coaches with the best tools and practices.
As a mom to a 2.5-year-old, she's been on a journey to redefine what high performance looks like for a woman in a happy household. Now, with all the tools known and available, she navigates the current situation to find certainty, reduce anxiety and stay optimistic.
